Charges are processed securely by our payment partner. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting hello@thirteentabs.com. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

Common questions

How does the trial work?: You pay $1.99 for your first 7 days and get full access to your personalised report and all premium content. After 7 days, your subscription automatically continues at $14.99 per week unless you cancel before then.
How do I cancel?: You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing hello@thirteentabs.com. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Can I get a refund?: If you believe you were charged by mistake or without authorisation, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
What payment methods are accepted?: We accept all major credit and debit cards, processed securely by our payment partner. We never store your full card details.
