We provide access to online quizzes, personalised reports, digital content, and subscription‑based tools delivered over the internet (collectively, "Services"). The Services may change from time to time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement, that any information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you will use the Services only for lawful purposes.

4. Subscriptions and billing

By subscribing, you authorise us (via our payment partner) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Prices and billing intervals (e.g. weekly) are shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support.
• After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current paid period and will not be charged again.
• We reserve the right to change prices with 14 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Refund policy

Our approach to refunds is set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: because digital content is delivered immediately, payments are generally non‑refundable; however, if you believe you were charged by mistake or without authorisation, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request.

6. Use of the service

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Services without our written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Services.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

7. Intellectual property

All content, software, trademarks, quizzes, and other materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to ThirteenTabs Ltd. You retain ownership of any personal information you submit, but grant us a limited licence to use it to provide the Services.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided for informational purposes only. Quiz results and reports are not professional advice. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes or results. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThirteenTabs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
