Refund and Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions
When you subscribe to one of our digital products, you are charged in advance for the selected billing period (for example, weekly). Because our content and reports are delivered immediately upon payment, payments are generally non‑refundable.
You can cancel at any time before your next billing date. After cancellation, you will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your subscription will not renew.

Mistaken or unauthorised payments
If you believe you have been charged by mistake or without authorisation, please contact us within 14 days at hello@thirteentabs.com. We will review your request and may issue a refund at our discretion where appropriate.
Statutory rights
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer laws. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you may have additional rights under consumer protection legislation. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to digital content, which may affect your statutory cancellation rights as permitted under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
